Old school veteran DJ Trax relaunches Audio Buffet this month with a dynamic EP entitled Soul Travelling. Audio Buffet was set up to represent the variety of styles Trax produces. Releasing Hip Hop, Drum + Bass, Downbeat, Broken beat and much more.
Soul Travelling opens with Route 96. It fuses classic house type vocals, Atmospheric sounds and a heavy Amen. The track is a nod back to those nights at Speed in the mid nineties.
Inside Out represents Trax`s love of Funk. Deep, twisted, soulful vocals, Atmospheric pads and relentless rolling breaks.
The title track Soul Travelling shows Trax`s diversity and love of diggin for rare gems. A down-tempo track with chopped up piano and vocal riffs programmed alongside Hip Hop breaks. The tracks climaxes with an amazing sax solo courtesy of Becki Biggins (

The EP is completed by Level 5. This track showcases the drum work that Trax is known for! With some amazing sounds created on the Virus, Heavy bass, Speak and spell vocals and colossal breaks this one is defiantly for the beat freaks.
The visual side of Audio Buffet is equally as important to Trax. Three directors have produced videos for the projects, including an interactive 360 video. You can watch all the videos for the project alongside others at
